How it works
We handle everything, start to finish
Tell us about your event
Date, venue, number of athletes or guests and when they'll want to use the ice baths, for example after each match.
We deliver and set up
We arrive ahead of time with tubs, ice, chiller, battery, mats and towels, and set up in your chosen area.
Supervised sessions
Our staff screen each person, manage timing (typically 2–5 minutes in the cold) and keep the area safe and tidy.
Pack down
When you're finished, we drain, clean and pack everything away. No mess left behind.

Ice bath hire FAQs
Do you drop off the tubs, or stay and run them?
Our ice baths are a staffed service. Our team sets up, supervises every session and packs down, so you don't have to worry about safety, timing or cleanup.
How many people can use them?
With up to 8 tubs running, we can move a full team through quickly. Tell us your numbers and time windows and we'll recommend how many tubs you need.
Do you need power or water at the venue?
No power is needed, as our battery runs the chiller. Access to a tap or hose helps us fill tubs faster, but we can plan around it.
Is it safe?
Everyone is screened before getting in, and sessions are kept short and supervised. Cold water immersion isn't suitable for everyone, including people with certain heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure or who are pregnant, and they'll be offered an alternative.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Logan and cover South East Queensland and the Darling Downs. Travel further afield is available on request.
